Hi! I am Heidi, Owner of Reveal Fitness!
I am excited to introduce myself to you! I am the owner and head trainer at Reveal Fitness. This way you know who you are dealing with and every situation is handled personally strainght from the top. I have been a trainer in Appleton for 5 years. After having my 3rd son, I realized I wanted to be stronger to keep up with the kids. Went to my first group fitness class and loved it!! It was obvious from the beginning that the support from a group class, was the best atmosphere to workout in. I found Reveal Fitness 3 years ago and instantly fell in love with the idea of focusing on functional strength training, and also the kickboxing!! Not being a franchise gym and knowing that the workouts can be geared to YOU and not having to follow a program that everyone else is doing, makes me proud of the results the members get with a workout made for them. Reveal has been in the Fox Valley for 11 years and I look forward to growing my gym family in the years to come.
